About the Company  

We are a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 1,700 mental health providers, and in turn over 23,000 patient visits per week across 5 states.

Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst that is eager to expand their experience and tackle some of the toughest challenges at Mindful Therapy Group. This role reports directly to the VP of Growth & Strategy. The Business Analyst will be a key player in informing and driving growth initiatives within the organization. This individual will focus on analyzing data trends, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic growth decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, business insight, and technical proficiency, specifically aimed at fostering growth.

Responsibilities 

  1. Growth-Oriented Data Analysis:
  • Analyze historical data to identify growth trends, seasonality, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as SQL, DAX, Power BI, and Excel to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth.

Strategic Growth Support:

  • Assist in formulating growth strategies by providing insights on market opportunities and potential areas for scaling.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to support resource allocation decisions and other strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth.

Performance Target Setting:

  • Collaborate with the intake team to establish daily performance targets based on data-driven insights that align with growth objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement in growth strategies, including analyzing cancellation rates and recommending actions to enhance retention.

Continuous Improvement in Growth Initiatives:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and growth strategies.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and improve growth-related processes.

Data Management for Growth:

  • Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data integrity and quality, addressing any limitations or challenges in the data that may impact growth analysis.
  • Develop processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis to enhance the overall data strategy focused on growth.

Requirements

Must be
currently authorized to work in the US.
Must be
currently able to work fully in-office in Mountlake Terrace, Washington located in the Seattle area.

Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably with a focus on growth analysis and strategic support.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of general business strategy and the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
      • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker).
      • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
