Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazasrus Naturals, as well as a sprawling operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of help, extraction, chemical procerssing, packaging and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.

Lazarus Naturals was founded in 2016 to provide safe and accessible CBD products for everyone who would benefit from them, regardless of their financial situation and ability to pay, which is why we provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and people with disabilities or low incomes. In order to maintain an affordable price point and our commitment to accessiblitity for all, we have built a vertically integrated business model, which allows us to walk our talk to developing quality, affordable products - from product inceptionm, development, seed, farming extraction, finished production formaulation and packing, and distribution.

Cylcling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone's lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill, it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer.

This role will be based in Seattle and will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all aspects of acquiring and onboarding new B2B partners in our Direct Store Distribution customer channel. 
  • Pitching prospective customers on products to determine which products best fit their needs .
  • Scheduling and placing follow-up calls to all prospective leads, to close the sales cycle .
  • Evaluating and prospecting new sales territories for new account acquisition campaigns.
  • Executing and managing several simultaneous target market acquisition campaigns to guarantee the best possible ROI outcomes.
  • Communicating with prospective clients through phone and email.
  • Managing the process of getting product samples to all interested new customers .
  • Continuously improving prospective lead generation campaigns.
  • Initially managing all newly onboarded customers, prior to transitioning them to account managers.
  • Working closely with the Director of Sales, DSD to implement and improve acquisition strategies.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Attending trade shows and events as needed.
  • Traveling to high value target markets to visit prospective clients in person.
  • Effectively communicating across departments to improve organizational cohesion. 

Requirements

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience required. Marijuana, hemp, or CPG sales experience preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Public Relations preferred.
  • Able to thrive in a startup environment where one needs to be self driven, and also able to figure out the answers on their own and manage themselves.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone to engage prospective customers. 
  • Willing to travel monthly or quarterly to target markets or trade shows.
  • Preferred experience with Hubspot, Google Drive, Shopify and Shipstation. 
  • Intermediate administrative and excel experience.
  • Creative-thinker, excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and rising to the challenge. 
  • Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused, detail oriented, and competitive.
  • Able to pivot to changing priorities.
  • Ability to drive for longer periods of time when required.

Salary: $67,802 Annually + Commission structure
