Restaurant Server

Valle Dorado - a 15,000 sq. ft. Restaurant & Brewery is on the lookout for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing excellent service to our guests in a fast-paced and vibrant dining atmosphere. As a Server, you will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that each customer has an enjoyable dining experience. Your ability to connect with guests, understand their preferences, and make menu recommendations will contribute to a memorable visit at Valle Dorado. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our restaurant standards.
• Answer questions regarding menu selections and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions securely.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality service.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Must have a valid food handling permit.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to work as part of a team.
