Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high operational standards.
• Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Support event planning and execution to enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Contribute to marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and engage with the community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available Wednesday - Sunday
