At our Walla Walla office, we are currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Specialist to join our team. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting sellers and buyers, marketing listings, and providing guidance throughout the real estate process. Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities
• Market and promote properties through various channels, including advertisements and open houses
• Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately and negotiating the best terms for their sales or purchases
• Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
• Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office and real estate listing services
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
