As a Real Estate Specialist at Windermere, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to both buyers and sellers. We value your expertise in helping clients find the right property at the best price and ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide suitable recommendations
• Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Ensure ethical conduct and exchange of information between sellers and buyers
• Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, property availability, and specifications
• Manage and maintain lists of properties for sale

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
• Ability to work independently and effectively
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening and communication abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Minimum age of 18 years
