If you have a knack for connecting sellers and buyers, our team at Windermere Real Estate is looking for a friendly Real Estate Sales Professional to join us. As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, marketing listings and providing guidance to ensure a seamless real estate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Pleasant, trustworthy, and friendly demeanor
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must be 18 years or older
