Your responsibilities will include effectively marketing listings, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring successful property transactions. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices
- Showcase and present properties to prospective buyers
Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and sales
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
