Our friendly team at the Windermere Real Estate office in {location} is seeking a dedicated and professional Real Estate Associate to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings, assisting buyers and sellers, and helping them navigate the real estate market. Responsibilities
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years old or above
