Our team at Windermere Real Estate is currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Associate for our growing company. As a Real Estate Associate, you will serve as a valuable intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the entire real estate process. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
- Market and promote listings to attract potential buyers
- Guide clients through the process of selling or purchasing properties, providing expert advice and addressing any concerns
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
- Coordinate and collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, inspectors, and attorneys
Requirements

- Prior experience in real estate with a proven track record of success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
