We are looking to hire a Production Operator to join our team. As a member of the Buttonsmith production team, your responsibilities may include:
- Operation of equipment such as a digital garment printing line, industrial sewing machines, heat-presses, printing presses, and die-cutters
- Hand assembly of fabricated metal and plastic parts
- Semi-automated assembly of pins, buttons and magnets
- Packaging and preparing finished products for shipping
- Using order management and related software
The right candidate will:

Requirements
You must be able to:
- Operate equipment, performing repetitive operations, often while standing, up to 8 hours per day
- Lift 55 pounds
- Maneuver in tight awkward spaces
- Work overtime as required to meet surges in customer demand
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing operations is a plus; experience making or crafting things as a hobby is also a plus.
- You must be legally able to work in the United States
- You must be at least 18 years of age
