The Challenge and The Opportunity

We're in search of an experienced Product Designer with a knack for UX/UI to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting visually stunning and user-friendly web pages that captivate our audience. Working closely with our four brand marketing teams and web developers, you'll transform user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions.

This role thrives on collaboration, so we're seeking candidates who not only excel at delivering top-notch user-centered design solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data, but also have the ability to inspire and guide others throughout the process. Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications and websites.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to articulate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure design coherence across various platforms and devices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing your design prowess and process.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field preferred.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position will be based on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location or metropolitan area. Candidates from different locations within the United States may receive varying wage offers. Additionally, this position is eligible for bonus opportunities and a comprehensive bonus package.

Starting Pay Range

$84,300 to $97,500 in Vancouver, WA

$83,300 to $97,800 in Columbus, OH

$87,900 to $98,800 in Murray, UT

$86,000 to $98,100 in North Smithfield, RI
