Full Job Description
TAL engineering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to understand and articulate the value proposition of our offerings. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services
- Create compelling product messaging and materials, such as product guides, sales presentations, and case studies
- Collaborate with product management to understand and articulate the value proposition of our offerings
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and support the sales process
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product marketing or related roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts and value propositions
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in the engineering or technology industry is a plus
