Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager at Gable.ai, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our data communication and change management platform. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance data quality and streamline collaboration between data producers and consumers. Your insights and leadership will directly impact the growth and success of our platform as we continue to disrupt the data management space.

• Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
• Lead market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products, preferably in the data or enterprise software space.
• Proven track record of managing complex products from ideation to launch, with a strong ability to balance technical details with user experience.
• Deep understanding of data management best practices, including data quality and observability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
