Responsibilities:
- Performing plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service
- Collaborating with team members and management to meet service goals and objectives
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
