Physical Therapist

Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. We are seeking a professional who is skilled at understanding and meeting the unique needs of patients across various age groups, while delivering high-quality care. Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 Pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 per Hour

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year old +

Responsibilities:

• Recognize and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients.
• Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour.
• Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Minimize the reliance on medication and propose non-surgical alternatives.

Requirements

• Current WA Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
