As an Intense Physical Therapist, Come Work With Us!
Do you want to positively impact your patients' lives in a long-term way as a caring physical therapist? Joining our compassionate team will allow you to develop individualized treatment programs and assist patients as they progress toward recovery. We are now looking for a talented professional to join our team.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per day
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Conditions Treated:
- Lower Back Pain
- Shoulder Pain
- Knee Pain
- Chronic Pain
- Elbow Pain
- Neck Pain
- Osteoarthritis
Patient Demographics: Young adults to geriatric patients (ages 21 to 85+)
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Support and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Track and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EMR software is a plus.
