Physical Therapist

Aspiring to encourage patients on their road to recovery, are you a committed physical therapist? To become a valuable member of our team and assist patients in regaining their strength and mobility, we are seeking a someone similar to you.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients daily
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Conditions Treated:

• Lower Back Pain
• Shoulder Pain
• Knee Pain
• Chronic Pain
• Elbow Pain
• Neck Pain
• Osteoarthritis

Patient Demographics: Young adults to geriatric patients (ages 21 to 85+)

Responsibilities:

• Create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
• Provide encouragement and support, helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Keep thorough and accurate documentation of all patient interactions.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR software is a plus.
