Aspiring to encourage patients on their road to recovery, are you a committed physical therapist? To become a valuable member of our team and assist patients in regaining their strength and mobility, we are seeking a someone similar to you.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients daily
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Conditions Treated:
- Lower Back Pain
- Shoulder Pain
- Knee Pain
- Chronic Pain
- Elbow Pain
- Neck Pain
- Osteoarthritis
Patient Demographics: Young adults to geriatric patients (ages 21 to 85+)
Responsibilities:
- Create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
- Provide encouragement and support, helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Keep thorough and accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EMR software is a plus.
