Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle adjustments to support their recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive and holistic care.
• Keep detailed records of treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment for patients.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Experience in manual therapy and exercise program development.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to provide encouragement and clarity to patients.
