Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

Position Highlights:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s strengths, limitations, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote healing and restore function.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other techniques to support patient recovery.
• Educate patients on safe exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team to ensure continuity.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Experience in manual therapy and exercise program development.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to provide encouragement and clarity to patients.
