Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments of patients’ physical conditions and capabilities.
• Create and implement effective rehabilitation plans that cater to individual needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on at-home exercises and lifestyle modifications to maintain their progress.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and integrated care.
• Document treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes with precision.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Experience in manual therapy and exercise program development.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to provide encouragement and clarity to patients.
