Salary Package: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise programs to promote healing and restore function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to maintain progress and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to track patient progress and support their long-term recovery.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Experience in manual therapy and exercise program development.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to provide encouragement and clarity to patients.
