Physical Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient office. Located in a state-of-the-art facility in South Hill, Washington, you will be instrumental in helping patients restore their motion and improve their overall quality of life. As a member of our dedicated team, your expertise will be vital in developing personalized treatment plans, providing evidence-based care, and motivating patients toward their rehabilitation goals.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Guide and motivate patients through exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Utilize various treatment techniques to enhance mobility and relieve pain.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Washington state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using EMR software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
