Career Opportunity: Physical Therapist Position in Elk Plain, WA.
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to enhance our orthopedic outpatient practice in Elk Plain, Washington. As a member of our team, you will partner with patients on their journey to restore mobility and enhance their quality of life.
The ideal candidate will work directly with patients to provide comprehensive evaluations, establish targeted treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with a supportive team in a state-of-the-art facility designed to optimize patient care.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and meet patients' goals and needs effectively.
- Manage a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour.
- Utilize your orthopedic outpatient experience to deliver quality care.
- Develop personalized care plans with various therapeutic techniques.
- Promote health and wellness through tailored fitness programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Document all patient care services accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist License.
- Strong manual therapy skills and experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably WebPT.
- Ability to motivate and inspire patients through their rehabilitation journey.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No disciplinary actions on professional license.
