Join our Dynamic Team of Physical Therapists in Gotham Enterprises Ltd. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team in Tacoma, Washington. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients restore movement and maximize their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include creating personalized care plans, providing evidence-based treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support our patients on their healing journey.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients’ goals and needs for rehabilitation.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and preventive care.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment during therapy sessions.
• Document all patient care services and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington state license to practice physical therapy.
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop effective treatment programs tailored to individual patients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
