Full Time Physical Therapist

Join our dedicated team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd as a Physical Therapist in our PT Owned state-of-the-art orthopedic outpatient practice located in Olympia, WA. As a Physical Therapist, you will partner with patients to restore motion and enhance their quality of life. Your expertise will be critical in promoting, preventing, diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating patients to ensure they reach their personal best.

Compensation:

$90,000 to $110K per year depending on experience

Work Schedule:

M to F 9-5 pm

Patient Volume:

1-2 Patients an Hour

-Adult Patients and Geriatric Patients

-Lower Back Pain

-Shoulder Pain

-Neck Pain

-Chronic Pain

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient goals and needs effectively.
• Provide personalized therapy sessions for 1-2 patients per hour.
• Utilize orthopedic outpatient experience to design and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver cost-effective treatments that enhance mobility and function.
• Offer alternatives to medication and surgery where applicable.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs.
• Maintain high standards of care using evidence-based practices.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all patient care services accurately and timely.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Valid Physical Therapist License in Washington State
• No disciplinary actions on license
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred
• Strong manual therapy and exercise skills
• Familiarity with EMR Software, such as WebPT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
