Olympic Sports and Spine (OSS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Olympic Sports and Spine, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy. You will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and regain mobility and independence. With state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive team of medical professionals, you will have the resources and tools needed to provide the highest quality care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and billing information
- Stay current on the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continued professional development and education
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice Physical Therapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Dedication to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
