Full Job Description

Olympic Sports and Spine (OSS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a joint-venture between Olympic Sports and Spine Rehabilitation and MultiCare, we are proud to offer world-class care in a personalized and caring environment. With a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes, OSS is at the forefront of medical practice in the South Puget Sound region.

As a Physical Therapist at Olympic Sports and Spine, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy. You will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and regain mobility and independence. With state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive team of medical professionals, you will have the resources and tools needed to provide the highest quality care.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-care techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and billing information
  • Stay current on the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continued professional development and education

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure to practice Physical Therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
  • Dedication to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
