Our Team as a Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Office, Tumwater, WA

We’re looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient office and provide exceptional, patient-centered care. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team, helping patients achieve their mobility and rehabilitation goals in a supportive environment.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mobility needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy with a focus on improving function and reducing pain.
• Work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapy license in Washington
• Experience in orthopedic care and manual therapy
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient care skills
