Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Office, Lacey, WA

We’re seeking a motivated and caring Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient office in Lacey, WA. If you enjoy working in a patient-focused setting where you can make a real difference in people’s lives, this opportunity is for you. You’ll work closely with patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that promote long-term recovery.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Use manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for patients throughout their recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapy license in Washington
• Experience in orthopedic care and manual therapy
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient care skills
