Physical Therapist

Position Available: Full-Time Physical Therapist

If you are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist position where you can make a significant impact in the lives of people suffering from chronic pain, we would love to have you join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. You will be responsible for performing thorough evaluations to identify the underlying causes of pain, creating specialized treatment plans in collaboration with other medical professionals, and implementing these programs to alleviate patients' symptoms. Patients will greatly benefit from your empathetic approach as you help them manage their pain and enhance their quality of life.

Salary: $100,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour
Patient Type: Adult Patients
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Washington State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
