Excellent Opportunity: Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

Work as a full-time physical therapist in our orthopedic outpatient clinic, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to patients with chronic pain. In order to effectively manage symptoms, you will develop specialized interdisciplinary treatment plans, carry out comprehensive assessments to find out more about the underlying causes of pain, and use therapeutic modalities. Your gentle manner will play a vital role in helping individuals manage their pain and enhance their overall quality of life.

Salary: $100,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour
Patient Type: Adult Patients
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Washington State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
