Requirements

Performance Contracting Senior Project Manager:  This is where you come in.

We are in search of a proficient PC Senior Project Manager specialized in Performance Contracting, ESCO, General or Owner Direct Construction with experience primarily within existing facilities.  You are exceptionally skilled in the core essentials of project management. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of team members to achieve project and strategic business goals while cultivating trusted relationships with our esteemed customers in the successful delivery of MacMiller’s Performance Contracting’s portfolio of Conservation, Sustainability and Energy work.

  • A leader who fosters growth, collaboration, and inclusion amongst team members.
  • Manage, monitor, predict, and communicate all facets of costs and revenue to stakeholders, ensuring the financial well-being of the teams' projects are within its distinct funding parameters.
  • Consistently evaluates and communicates distinctive contract risks, ensuring the proactive establishment of risk mitigation plans for prompt resolution with all stakeholders.
  • Exhibit authentic respect for colleagues and a sincere commitment to serving both internal and external customers, fostering trusted relationships.
  • Ensures the execution of a project’s scope of work, aligns with all contractual intent, obligations, applicable codes, and requirements.
  • Oversees the development of schedules, identifying key milestones and risk elements to all stakeholders.         
  • Ensures all resources are identified tofacilitate successful project execution.
  • Skillfully facilitates communication, coordinates effective interaction among internal and external team members.

Your background:  What kind of person will thrive in this role? 

You should have…

  • +Seven years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in either Performance Contracting, ESCO, General or Owner Direct Construction, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of delivering projects within existing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and building control systems.
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering or possess equivalent education and/or experience that provides a reasonable understanding of project management.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects of diverse sizes and complexities, consistently establishing goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise in interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, with familiarity in a diverse range of industry terminology.
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite of programs: Excel, Word, & MS Project

Benefits

Compensation: $100,000 to $160,000 Annually
