Overview
This Organizational Change Manager (OCM) position is a pivotal role focused on influencing and guiding organizational change management strategies related to business transformation initiatives, including business processes and technology initiatives for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position will ensure initiatives in the organization align with best practices for effective change communications and stakeholder engagement. The OCM Consultant will work with leadership teams and Executives to identify change impacts, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and manage change initiatives from conception through implementation. This role is crucial in leading change efforts for an ERP implementation and assisting with this organizational transformation utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This position is located in Seattle, WA and will require days in office. Qualified candidates must live in the Greater Seattle area to be considered and will require some additional travel to other company locations. This is a long term consulting engagement (18 months+) with an enterprise organization and requires corporate or manufacturing OCM experience leading ERP implementations with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that include communication, training, and stakeholder engagement components.
· Conduct change impact assessments to identify the effects of changes on various stakeholder groups.
· Create communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of program progress and changes.
· Train and prepare project teams on change management best practices to ensure cohesive execution across initiatives.
· Monitor and evaluate change initiatives for effectiveness and efficiencies, making necessary adjustments as needed.
· Utilize metrics and data-driven insights to enhance change management practices and report on progress to leadership.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational change management, ideally in a consulting, manufacturing or corporate environment.
· Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives with ERP technology transformations, specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
· Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR and ability to guide company through complexities, work with stakeholders on training requirements, logistics and strategic planning.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and drive strategic decisions.
· Experience with tools to measure change management effectiveness and engagement.
· Manufacturing OCM leadership would be ideal
Education/Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
· Change management certification (e.g., Prosci certifications) is necessary
Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement with a compensation range of $130-160k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
