Full Job Description
As a Nurse Supervisor at Northwest Ambulance, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, coordinating schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and mentoring staff. The Nurse Supervisor will also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the standards of nursing practice within the organization.
This position is expected to be part time, and could be based in our Mountlake Terrace, Everett, or Tacoma locations

- Proficiency in computer software and medical records systems.
Education and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN in the ICU or Emergency Department.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
- PALS and ACLS certification required prior to hire.
- Must be able to work at least one CCT shift per month to stay current on conditions in the field.

Wages:
Our wage range is $37.36-$63.14, depending on length of licensure. The position is part time with a flexible schedule. Current employees can expect a 12% increase from their current rate if accepted for this position.
