Nurse Manager - Antepartum
CTTX Health is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Antepartum department. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to patients in our Antepartum unit.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Antepartum department.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality care to expectant mothers and their unborn babies.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of Antepartum staff, including nurses and support staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the Antepartum department.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in antepartum nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in antepartum nursing and healthcare management.
