At Rattlesnake Mountain Harley Davidson, we are a leading provider of motorcycles and motorcycle equipment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team. As a Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their Motorclothes purchases and providing exceptional customer service. Join our team and help riders gear up for their adventures!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the Motorclothes department
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers in finding the right gear and accessories
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer's riding experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and promotions in the Motorclothes industry
Requirements
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Passion for motorcycles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to be standing for shift
- Ability to lift up to 20lb
