Registered Nurse - Medical Renal

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients with chronic kidney disease and those undergoing dialysis.
- Administer medications, including intravenous therapy, and provide treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease management, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patients' response to treatment and report any changes or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal nursing or related specialty.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures and renal care best practices.
