Requirements
As our chosen Assistant Manager, every day you will assist in all aspects of customer service and foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, communities, and associated agencies. Perform all duties as assigned by the Community Manager. Richland and Alyson (334 Spaces) are two beautiful Manufactured Housing Communities in Richland, WA and we want YOU to be our Assistant Manager!
To thrive in this role:
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Have knowledge of Manufactured Housing parks
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of Manage America
