Full Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in logistics with a growing company. Responsibilities

  • Vendor and Customer Communication: Interact with warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare shipping and inventory reports with accuracy.
  • Data entry: Update carrier tracking information daily.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve logistical challenges in resourceful and effective ways.
  • Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize tasks to meet scheduling deadlines.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work on projects, initiatives, and service efforts with other teams.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the logistics team.

Now the #2 plant-based creamer brand nationwide across retail and online channels, nutpods has fostered a cult following and has exciting plans for growth in the coming years. With a small and mighty team of 35 people, nutpods is looking for eager, enthusiastic, and experienced candidates for this important role. 

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • 0-2 years of relevant logistics experience or a strong interest in logistics.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and flexible to shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, or Freight Audit Systems is a bonus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $50,000 (This is a non-exempt, salaried position. Although overtime is not anticipated, any hours worked over 40 in a week will be paid at the overtime rate of $36.06 per hour).
