creamers. We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics operations and help ensure

everything runs smoothly. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment,

Essential Functions:

• Logistics Support: Assist with daily management of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of retail orders.
• Carrier Coordination: Help manage relationships with carrier partners and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Service: Be a point of contact for replenishment buyers and retail customers.
• Team Collaboration: Support the logistics team in executing tasks and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
• Data Management: Maintain logistics data, update inventory records, and assist with reporting activities.
• Problem Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations.
• Cross-Department Support: Work closely with other teams to ensure logistics activities align with overall company goals.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• 0-2 years of relevant logistics experience or a strong interest in logistics.
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and flexible to shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000 (This is a non-exempt, salaried position. Although overtime is not anticipated, any hours worked over 40 in a week will be paid at the overtime rate of $36.06 per hour.)
