Litigation Associate

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier law firm in their search for a mid-level associate to join their Litigation practice in Seattle, WA. The candidate would be part of the Firm’s ongoing representation of major corporate clients in all types of complex commercial, securities, and employment litigation. Many of the matters involve the defense of class actions. This opportunity is ideal for those individuals who wish to further their careers in a supportive, collegial and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Superior drafting and research skills;
• A strong academic record;
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience;
• Must be admitted to practice law in Washington state; and
• Must be a team player and a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes and/or qualifications:

• Post law school graduation experience as a federal or state court trial or appellate judicial clerk for a minimum of one year.

Benefits

Pay: $235,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
