Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Overview
We serve people who are experiencing acute mental health crisis and require intensive support to maintain safety. Our mission at this facility is to engage individuals with complex needs in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. We are looking for employees that have a desire to work in a team environment that is focused on recovery and empowerment.
Responsibilities:
● Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
● Individual and group sessions
● Work with individuals with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder to provide necessary support.
● Collaborate with medical professionals and clinicians to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
● Conduct intake appointments, create treatment plan and goals, maintain accurate records of patient progress.
Requirements
Requirements:
● Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)
● Active License in mental health counseling : Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
● At least 2-3 years experience working with children or adolescents in a mental health setting
● Knowledge of various counseling techniques including grief counseling and some addiction counseling.
