Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time Opportunity in Washington
Are you ready to make a difference in mental health care? We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in Washington. This role offers the chance to support individuals, families, and groups on their mental health journeys, helping them achieve balance and resilience.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Your Role:
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor client progress and collaborate with healthcare providers.
- Partner with psychiatrists and medical staff to ensure seamless care.
- Provide resources and guidance to family members and caregivers.
Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full suite of benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
- Active LMHC license in Washington.
- Prior experience with older adult populations.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
