Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our innovative outpatient clinic. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions. Your expertise will empower clients to tackle mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to staying updated on best practices will enhance the supportive environment we provide for healing and growth.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides counseling and crisis intervention to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborates with family and support networks for treatment and discharge planning.
• Updates physicians on patient progress, needs, and concerns.
• Embraces learning from other professionals to enhance holistic client care.
• Partners with the healthcare team to develop treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state licensure as LMFT.
• You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.

• Knowledgeable in various empirically supported psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, postmodern, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• Committed to exceptional client care and using client feedback for improvement.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other professionals and the local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
