SALARY
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Conduct individual, couples, family or group therapy sessions to address clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.

·         Utilize various therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to client needs and goals.

·         Help clients develop coping strategies, insight, and skills to manage their challenges and improve their well being

·         Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions

·         Provides decision support where multiple treatment options are available

·         Empowers patients with skills to provide enhanced interaction with their providers

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Family and Marriage Therapy or related field.
• Valid licensure as LMFT in the state.

• Knowledge of counseling techniques, family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy
• Ability to function both emotionally and physically under stressful conditions.
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
• Preferred 2 years of experience
