We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Mental Health specialty to join our outpatient clinic. This is a specialty care clinic providing care to our high-risk patients. You will assist patients and families dealing with personal and environmental problems which predispose them to illness, or which interfere with their obtaining maximum benefits from medical care.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
• Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
• Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
• Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
