Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients of all ages. Your expertise will be essential in addressing diverse mental health needs and fostering positive outcomes for our community. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support, contributing to a holistic approach to mental health services.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
• Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
• Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
• Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
• Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.

• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office;
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
