Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducting virtual client evaluations to determine therapeutic needs.
• Providing therapy services that are evidence-based and client-focused.
• Partnering with healthcare teams to deliver seamless, coordinated care.
• Guiding clients toward community resources and support systems.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of care and outcomes.
• Participating in team development and training sessions.

Requirements

What You Bring:

·         Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program

·         Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State

·         Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services

·         Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations

·         Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
