Join Our Mental Health Team as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Your Role: As an LICSW, you’ll be providing hands-on support to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. From conducting assessments to leading therapy sessions, you’ll be a key partner in their healing process. Collaborating with a diverse team, you’ll help ensure each client receives personalized, compassionate care.
SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, groups and families who are experiencing mental health issues
• Conduct client assessments to determine mental health needs
• Update and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in mental health regulations and resources
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LICSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
