Our studio works on multiple exciting projects at any one time offering plenty of variety and involvement. We have worked on some of the biggest and most exciting IP’s in the games industry, including Diablo Resurrected, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Halo Infinite, Returnal, Forza Horizon 5, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Borderlands 3, FIFA Online 4, PUGB: New State, Sea of Thieves, Amazon: New World, Dauntless, State of Decay 2, Middle Earth: Shadow of War, just to name a few.

Our successful studio is continuing to grow and we are looking for an experienced Lead Audio Designer (North America) to join the expanding team.

This position is offered on a fully remote basis.

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:

• Manages day to day team management, tasking, and ensures quality of service remains high by frequent alignment with the Bungie Audio Director  
• Oversees quality of sound design and implementation for the Lakshya Audio Team  
• Will act as the client primary point of contact (POC)  
• Work to develop trackable KPIs for Bungie Audio  
• Conduct weekly reports  
• Coordinate with client Audio Leads regarding priorities and scheduling  
• Recruitment and on-boarding of project resources  
• Development of project-specific work breakdown structures  
• Leading troubleshooting activities to resolve internal and external project impacting issues  
• Developing project improvement plans strategically in both technical and operational aspects  
• Responsible for tracking KPIs and SLA to support the success of the engagement  
• Responsible for career development and growth of the team  
• Conduct training and coaching sessions as needed  
• Weekly meetings with the client and resources or as needed to ensure deliverables are met 

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• A passion for games and game development
• Wwise Implementation experience
• Experience with proprietary engines
• People management
• Comfortable being client facing and leading initiatives for the group.
• At least 2 AAA shipped titles

• Salary range- $110,000 - $118,000
